Your file does not need to be print-ready. We can review a PDF, image, document, screenshot or design file and explain whether it is usable, needs correction or should be recreated.
Rights and permissions
By submitting material, you confirm that you are authorized to use it for the requested project. We may decline files that appear fraudulent, infringing, malicious or unlawful.
Security
Customer project uploads are stored outside the public website directory where practical and are renamed internally. File type, size and content checks are used to reduce upload risk. No online storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
Retention
Files may be removed after the project or after a reasonable retention period. Keep your own copy of important original artwork and documents.
