Quotes, scope and payment
Website prices are starting guidance only. Final pricing is based on the confirmed specification, quantity, design work, third-party costs, taxes, delivery and turnaround. Custom work may require a deposit or full payment before production, launch or release of final files.
Customer content and authority
By supplying a business name, domain, logo, photograph, artwork, text, product information or other material, the customer represents that they are authorized to use it for the requested work. Horizon Hub may request clarification or refuse, suspend or terminate work where fraud, impersonation, phishing, infringement or other unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.
Domains, hosting and third-party services
Domain names, registrars, hosting providers, payment processors, social platforms, APIs and other third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability, renewal rules and enforcement decisions. Unless a separate written service says otherwise, the customer is responsible for confirming that the requested business name or domain does not violate another party's rights and for maintaining renewals after the agreed service period.
Proofs and customer approval
Where a proof or preview is provided, the customer is responsible for checking spelling, names, phone numbers, dimensions, dates, pricing, layout and other content before approval. Changes or reprints caused by an approved error may be chargeable.
Colour, materials and production variation
Screen colour is not an exact prediction of printed colour. Normal variation can occur between devices, materials, ink or toner, finishing methods, batches and lighting conditions.
Turnaround and events outside reasonable control
Turnaround dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Supplier delays, carrier issues, equipment failure, utility outages, cyber incidents, weather, government action and other events outside reasonable control may affect production or delivery.
Websites and digital systems after delivery
The customer remains responsible for the products, statements, content and activities they publish or conduct through a delivered website or system. Horizon Hub may decline ongoing support for unlawful or abusive use discovered after delivery.
Portfolio and confidentiality
Horizon Hub does not intentionally publish confidential customer files. Completed non-confidential work may be photographed or shown as an example of our services where appropriate and permitted. A customer may request project confidentiality, and any signed confidentiality agreement takes priority.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from a specific paid service is limited to the amount paid to Horizon Hub for that specific service. This clause does not exclude or limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
