Uploads and project files
Customer uploads are stored in non-public application storage where practical. Access is limited to authorized use for the project, administration, troubleshooting, legal obligations and security.
Service providers
We may use hosting, email, payment, analytics, advertising and other service providers where needed to operate the business. We do not sell customer project information as a data product.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Optional analytics or advertising technologies such as a Google tag or Meta Pixel are loaded only after a visitor allows optional cookies in the website cookie controls. Essential security cookies may operate without that optional consent where required for the site to function.
Retention
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the project, security, business records, legal obligations or dispute handling. Retention periods may differ by record type.
